Notification
You call our emergency phone number and reach a consultant at PM.
Assessment
You give the facts, your (intended) actions, and your needs. Our consultant might ask you a few questions to gain a better understanding. Initial advice is given.
Agreement
We send our standard letter of engagement as the formal start of our activation.
Deployment
As a standard, a lead consultant and a media analyst are dedicated to the case. The lead consultant scales the PM back office at their discretion.
During our activation, our consultants keep timesheets of their services.
Debrief
Our deployment is followed by an after action review at no additional cost.
