Robbert Meulemeester is a senior advisor and trainer specializing in integrated crisis management. He has a background in the financial sector, events, corporate communication, and digital marketing. At PM, he is responsible for training and has specialized in acute crisis advisory, strategic crisis communication, training and exercises, crisis management processes, and simulation games. He is also frequently involved in various advisory projects related to integrated crisis management and business continuity management.

Robbert is a (co-)author of various publications and a sought-after speaker. In the past, he has given lectures at organizations and academic institutions such as Antwerp Management School, the Business Continuity Institute, KULeuven, UHasselt, Thomas More, the CIP Institute, IAAPA, and more.

Robbert develops targeted learning pathways for crisis teams at PM based on the principles of competency-based learning. As an experienced trainer and avid proponent of experiential learning through serious games, he created the Zombie Game, Calamity Cards, and Hectic Harmony (in collaboration with CrisisCare.eu), all of which are interactive serious games focused on crisis management, crisis communication, and stress management.

Robbert is the coordinator of the Crisis Communications Network Europe (CCNE), a European network of crisis communication agencies. In 2021, he made PM a member of IAAPA, the International Attractions and Amusement Parks Association. He is also a member of Team D5, the Belgian federal support team for crisis communication.

Robbert is married and has a son, Theo. He runs (ultra) marathons and enjoys amusement parks, American football, and motorsports.
