Julien Draillard Losada

Julien Draillard Losada is senior consultant and trainer in crisis management at PM • Risk Crisis Change. He puts his expertise at the service of organisations, supporting them in preparing for, managing and recovering from crisis situations. Passionate about integrating a genuine crisis management culture into the daily operations of organisations, he develops practical methods and tools for crisis management and crisis communication.

Julien also coordinates the CIP Institute, where he actively contributes to the development of a global network of experts to strengthen knowledge in the fields of crisis and risk management. His expertise was also called upon by the Belgian Special Parliamentary Commission responsible for evaluating the management of the COVID-19 crisis. As a member of Team D5 in Belgium, Julien additionally provides voluntary support to Belgian local authorities and provinces in the field of crisis communication.

Julien holds a master’s degree in Law and a master’s degree in Political Science from Université Jean Moulin Lyon III (France), as well as a master’s degree in European Studies, specialising in Foreign Affairs, from Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium). In 2016, he worked as a parliamentary assistant for a Member of the European Parliament. The following year, he joined a Brussels-based association representing the veterinary medicines industry within the European Union. Since then, he has developed extensive expertise in crisis management and crisis communication. In 2026, he also obtained the **ISO 22361 Lead Crisis Management** certification issued by PECB.
