Julien Draillard Losada is a crisis advisor and strategist at PM • Risk Crisis Change. He specialises in internal and external perception analysis. He provides trainings and acute crisis support to organisations and companies in a broad field. Interested in crisis philosophy, he is looking for ways to practically implement crisis philosophy in daily work routines. He invents practical tools and principles for crisis management and communication.
Julien is a specialist in European public affairs and institutional processes and is the coordinator of the CIP institute, a non-profit organisation and international network of academics, practitioners, lecturers and consultants who share and develop interdisciplinary knowledge about crisis & risk management.
Julien holds a degree in Law and Political sciences (Lyon III Jean Moulin University, FR) and a Master in European studies specialised in foreign affairs (Catholic University of Louvain, BE). Julien worked as Parliamentary assistant for a MEP at the European Parliament in 2016 and joined an association based in Brussels representing the Veterinary medicine industry in the European Union in 2017. He launched his career in crisis and management during the summer of 2018 at PM • Risk Crisis Change.
