‘PM Quick Launch’ agreement

Acclaimed crisis support formulas for ultimate peace of mind

A crisis often arises unexpectedly for the entire organisation or part of it. During these uncertain, stressful times, organisations may experience a shortage of resources, capacity, or specific competencies. To address this gap, PM offers the PM Quick Launch service.

We provide three tailored formulas to meet different client needs:

  • Essentials: Quick access to expert support without the cost of a full program.
  • Tools: Prepares your organisation for rapid, coordinated crisis response.
  • Preparedness: Comprehensive crisis preparedness with a fixed annual fee.

PM Quick Launch clients receive absolute priority. With a single phone call, you can consult an advisor or activate our resources, expertise, and networks. Depending on your needs, PM provides immediate support remotely or on-site, offering tactical coordination, assisting with operational tasks, or even acting as a strategic sounding board. This includes integrated crisis coordination, strategic crisis management, crisis communications, and psychosocial support.

Optional: discretionary crisis management mandate

This option is a crisis governance model whereby PM, within pre-agreed strategic and legal frameworks, is authorised to take on the crisis preparation, management, communications and evaluation of crises on behalf of your organisation.

Additional benefits included in the PM Quick Launch agreement help your organisation prepare for and learn from incidents and crises. PM Quick Launch is a trusted support solution that provides organisations with peace of mind when it matters most.
