For large organisations with significant risks, small organisations with limited capacity, organisations undergoing major changes, or any organisation seeking extra peace of mind, we offer annual crisis support contracts. You will receive a dedicated contact person at PM and benefit from absolute top priority and other attractive advantages.
Our way of working
We aim for a smooth activation with as few hassles as possible.
We ask a series of targeted questions to better understand the situation. We provide initial advice and discuss a potential activation of PM. This initial consultation is always free of charge.
In our letter of engagement, we outline the formalities of our collaboration. At that time, we also provide a budget estimate. Our activation begins as soon as we receive written approval.
One or more PM colleagues provide support, either on-site or remotely. We assist with crisis management, crisis communication, or overall coordination of the crisis response.
We provide timely updates on the status and budget.
After the completion of our activation, we conduct a standard debriefing of our efforts, during which we would like to involve you.
