After an incident, emergency, or crisis, a large amount of information is immediately generated. Emergency services, colleagues in the field, control room personnel, and crisis teams quickly exchange a lot of information. This information is essential because all decisions and actions depend on it. Therefore, it is important to organize these flows effectively. That is what you will learn in this training.
About the training
The training begins with a brief overview of operational crisis management, collaboration with emergency services, and the key principles of effective information transfer. This is followed by short exercises on situation reporting. Next, we conduct a combined exercise based on a realistic scenario, aimed at structuring information and collaboratively solving the puzzle during a tactical meeting. The exercises are discussed throughout the session.

This training can take place on-site at the client’s location, but PM also has a specially equipped room for this training at its offices in Ghent. This allows our clients to train here undisturbed and in complete calm and focus.
