Job description
As a trainer at PM, you play a crucial role in preparing organizations for various emergency scenarios and the most unpredictable crisis situations. You organize impactful training sessions, exercises, and simulation games, and develop targeted training programs for crisis team members. Throughout this process, you ensure that you address the client’s content, format, and budgetary requirements while keeping the established learning objectives in focus.
In every good trainer lies a good advisor, and that’s why in your role as a crisis trainer, you may also serve as a coach and a confidant for when the simulations end and the real crisis work begins.
At PM, you don’t start with a blank canvas. From the beginning, you’ll have access to a wealth of previous training programs, processes, exercises, and scenarios, as well as 3 innovative serious business games for creating awareness and teaching best practices in the field. Additionally, in our training programs, we use our own online learning platform, PM Academy, which runs on the fantastic Eurekos system.
You will join a dynamic and ambitious top team that strives for absolute client satisfaction, is always ready to assist each other and our clients in times of need, and is passionate about innovating within our engaging crisis sector.
