Last weekend, Bruges hosted SpellenFest 2025, a must-attend event for board game enthusiasts. Visitors had the chance to discover the latest games and witness an exciting competition where the best board games and serious games vied for the prestigious Gouden Dobbelsteen award.
Together with PM • Risk Crisis Change and CrisisCare.eu, we took part in the event as exhibitors to showcase our serious games: Calamity Cards, Zombie Game, and of course Hectic Harmony, which was in the running for the award. Robbert Meulemeester and Nils Vandenbroucke faced 16 other strong contenders. Thanks to its innovative approach, design quality, and market potential, Hectic Harmony succeeded in winning over the jury. The game won first place in the Educational Games 12+ category and was awarded the coveted Gouden Dobbelsteen.
The award was presented by VIVES SpellenLab, Cartamundi , and De Aanstokerij. It is a great recognition of our commitment to making the basics of stress management understandable and accessible in an innovative and interactive way. This victory motivates us to keep creating meaningful and impactful educational games!
