Hectic Harmony is a board game that introduces the basics of stress management. In the game, players experience a stressful day and learn to recognise stressors and respond to them appropriately. The player who succeeds best in doing so wins! Hectic Harmony makes themes such as stress, triggers and dealing with stress discussable. Ideal for education, training, group sessions and group projects.
Hectic Harmony has recently become available under licence. This means that third parties are accredited by us so that they can use the game in their own practice. In September, we will organise a first open accreditation in Ghent.

Register for the open training (NL only)
Each licence contract includes an accreditation training course. This is a kind of train-the-trainer session to get you ready to work with Hectic Harmony yourself.
Normally, such training takes place on site at the client’s place, but you can now also choose to register for an open accreditation training. This way, you learn from others as well as save on the training part of your licence contract.
On 9 and 16 September 2025, we will organise our first open accreditation training in Dutch in Ghent. Places are limeted, so register soon or contact us if you have any questions.
This training is specifically aimed at:
Under your licence contract, you get the following:
- This two-day accreditation training course includes lunches and coffee breaks, and a participant folder with training materials used
- A certificate valid for 2 years as proof that you are an accredited trainer
- A Hectic Harmony playbox
- Promotional materials such as brochures
- Access to a Teams group with other accredited trainers to share experiences and ask questions
9 September (day 1) – This day is all about the theoretical background of Hectic Harmony, such as the Window of Tolerance, Hobfoll’s model, the transactional stress model, the biopsychsocial model, etc.
16 September (Day 2) – We start with an explanation of the rules of the game. This is followed by a knowledge test on the theory and rules of the game. We end with half a day of games so that you are completely ready to start playing the game yourself.
The training will take place at the offices of PM • Risk Crisis Change, Krijgslaan 112 in 9000 Ghent, a ten-minute walk from the Gent-Sint-Pieters railway station.
The cost for the training is EUR 600 (excluding 21% VAT) and includes the two-day training in September 2025 and a short refresher in September 2026.
