We aim to establish a long-term relationship with our clients to optimise their capacity and capability to manage and communicate successfully during adverse events. Our seasoned advisers act in crisis situations and train people on a daily basis. Frequently reflecting, performing research, publishing articles and lecturing about various crisis management domains, we predominantly focus on policy priorities, strategic crisis communications and operational response implementation.

In case of a crisis, we provide immediate strategic advice to organisations and, if needed, support them with additional capacity to perform the most urgent tasks. In addition, as part of a long-term client relationship we prepare organisations to handle unexpected, complex and disruptive events. This is accomplished by providing crisis training, exercises, emergency planning, procedures and hands-on tools.
